We are a thriving community primary school for 4 to 11 year olds, based in the heart of Lancaster. As a large, multicultural school, it is hard to imagine a school with a more diverse profile. We see this as one of our greatest strengths.
 | "I was delighted to be appointed as headteacher of Dallas Road School in January 2010. Having taught at Dallas Road for most of my teaching career, since 1988, it was a real privilege to be given the post of headteacher. Dallas Road is an outstanding school and also one I am passionate about. I really do look forward to coming to work! Each day is so different, often with new challenges to face, but there is always an exciting buzz around the place and so many enthusiastic and happy children and colleagues to remind me why the job is so rewarding."
